ABOUT KELSEY

Kelsey Gifford is a MA Candidate in Counseling at New York University who enjoys psychotherapy with adults and teenagers. Kelsey received her Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) requirements at New York University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer who has worked with a variety of individuals from high profile industry professionals to adolescence and has become passionate about the importance of mental health as the foundation of a healthy life. She believes in the importance of physical, nutritional, and mental health as forms of preventative wellness and enjoys collaboratively working with individuals to help them find balance. Kelsey is currently under the supervision of Dr. Grin Lord while at CRAFT.
