Neta is a Mental health counselor in WA and was previously licensed as a psychologist in Israel. Her goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment where her clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process, and she works with her clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences, while also providing practical tools and strategies to help them cope with life's challenges.
About Neta's approach:
I work with individuals and families to help them tackle a variety of challenges, including anxiety, parental challenges, relationships, depression, trauma, ADHD, and grief. I also provide support for those who are navigating life transitions, experiencing stress or burnout, or looking to improve their overall sense of well-being.
My professional journey began in 2010 as an undergrad with a double major in Psychology and Biology. My master's in clinical psychology was completed in Haifa Israel, and in 2019 I relocated with my family to Bellevue, WA, and received a Mental Health Counselor license. My clinical experience includes community child and family practice, a mental health clinic at a university, a high school, a kindergarten, and a private practice for adults, children, and families.
I believe in the power of integrating different therapeutic approaches to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and preferences. At my practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, relational approaches, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
If you're interested in working with me, I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and goals.
